Plant 2: Powder Coating has two dedicated Wisconsin Ovens. Oven dimensions of 20' long, 8' wide, and 8' tall.
Powder Coating Process
1. Our quality powder coating services often begin with a degreasing process for used parts.
2. Next, we media blast to achieve the profile needed, then out-gas the parts to bake any impurities out of the metal. This ensures that your project is clean and ready for our powder coating.
3. If required, we do a zinc or anti-gas primer to reassure the customer that they will not have any future rust or deterioration.
4. The last step is applying the top coat color of your choice.
